一、 提單 正面內(nèi)容

　目前，各 船公司 所制定的 提單 雖然格式不完全相同，但其內(nèi)容大同小異?，F(xiàn)介紹如下：

　1.必要記載事項(xiàng)

　根據(jù)我國《海商法》第七十三條規(guī)定， 提單 正面內(nèi)容，一般包括下列各項(xiàng)：

　(1)貨物的品名、標(biāo)志、包數(shù)或者件數(shù)、重量或體積，以及運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)貨物時(shí)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)性質(zhì)的說明：

　(Description　of　the　goods，　mark，　number　of　packages　or　piece，　weight　or　quantity，and　a　statement，　if　applicable，　as　to　the　dangerous　nature　of　the　goods);56age,物流時(shí)代

　(2)承運(yùn)人的名稱和主營業(yè)所(Name　and　principal　place　of　business　of　the　carrier);

　(3)船舶的名稱(Name　of　the　ship);

　(4)托運(yùn)人的名稱(Name　of　the　shipper);

　(5)收貨人的名稱(Name　of　the　consignee);

　(6)裝貨港和在裝貨港接收貨物的日期(Port　of　loading　and　the　date　on　Which　the　good　were　taken　over　by　the　carrier　at　the　port　of　loading);

　(7)卸貨港(Port　of　discharge);Bｇyedu.CoM

　(8)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)提單增列接收貨物地點(diǎn)和交付貨物地點(diǎn)(Place　where　the　goods　were　taken　over　and　the　place　where　the　goods　are　to　be

　delivered　in　case　of　a　multimodal　transport　bill　of　lading);

　(9)提單的簽發(fā)日期、地點(diǎn)和份數(shù)(Date　and　place　of　issue　of　the　bill　of　loading　and　the　numberof　originals　issued);

　(10)運(yùn)費(fèi)的支付(Payment　of　freight);

　(11)承運(yùn)人或者其代表的簽字(Signature　of　the　carrier　or　of　a　person　acting　on　his　behalf)。

　提單缺少前款規(guī)定的一項(xiàng)或者幾項(xiàng)的，不影響提單的性質(zhì)，但是，提單應(yīng)當(dāng)符合該法第七十一條的規(guī)定。

　上述規(guī)定說明：缺少其中的一項(xiàng)或幾項(xiàng)的，不影響提單的法律地位，但是必須符合海商法關(guān)于提單的定義和功能的規(guī)定。除在內(nèi)陸簽發(fā)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)提單時(shí)上述第三項(xiàng)船舶名稱;簽發(fā) 海運(yùn) 提單時(shí)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)提單的接收貨地點(diǎn)和交付貨物的地點(diǎn)以及運(yùn)費(fèi)的支付這3項(xiàng)外，其他8項(xiàng)內(nèi)容是必不可少的，目前各 船公司 制定的提單其內(nèi)容與此相仿。
