在給客戶寄樣之前應(yīng)該對(duì)客戶做個(gè)調(diào)查來(lái)了解客戶資信狀況,是否很有誠(chéng)意,是否真的對(duì)自己的產(chǎn)品感興趣以及是否對(duì)自己產(chǎn)品有需求!
以下是我常用來(lái)說(shuō)服客戶付樣品郵資的句子:
1)It is our company rule。We will appreciate if you pay postage for the samples。
這是我司的規(guī)定。如貴方能付樣品郵資,我方將不勝感激!
2)We believe this will do favor to develop the business between us。We are doing in this way with most of our customers。We sincerely hope it will be also workable to you。
我方相信這將促進(jìn)雙方的業(yè)務(wù)。我方與大多數(shù)的客戶都是這樣做的。我方真誠(chéng)的期望這對(duì)貴方也是可行的。

另外,這也是體現(xiàn)貴方與我方合作的誠(chéng)意。
