索理賠函電，產(chǎn)生于對(duì)外貿(mào)易的業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)之中。解決爭(zhēng)議，達(dá)成索理賠議，須經(jīng)雙方平等協(xié)商，從而理順貿(mào)易關(guān)系，解決業(yè)務(wù)糾紛，建立國際貿(mào)易新秩序，創(chuàng)造良好的國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境，促進(jìn)世界范圍的經(jīng)貿(mào)事業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展。對(duì)于索理賠函電的擬寫，索賠方要實(shí)事求是，據(jù)理力爭(zhēng);理賠方要澄清事實(shí)，分辨是非。這樣就有利于糾紛的妥善解決。反之，雙方措辭激烈，劍拔弩張，咄咄逼人，或非分奢望，或賴帳狡辯，都不僅無助糾紛的解決，最終很可能會(huì)適得其反。

　　第FA1770854號(hào)銷售確認(rèn)書項(xiàng)下1500箱蘑菇罐頭，由"永豐"輪于9月10日運(yùn)抵，提貨時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)少了145箱。輪船公司告訴我們只有1355箱裝上船。

　　由于短少數(shù)量大，請(qǐng)?jiān)诮桓蹲詈笕齻€(gè)品種時(shí)，將這145箱補(bǔ)交。請(qǐng)你們核對(duì)一下，是否1500箱當(dāng)時(shí)在裝運(yùn)港全都裝上了船。

　　RE:CLAIM FOR SHORT WEIGHT　1500 cartons of canned mashroom under the contract No. FA1770854 have been shipped to Anterwep by "YONGFENG"steamer on 10th Sept.when taking the delivery,145 cartons have been found missing. We were told by the shipping company that only 1355 cartons had.
