一定要用可以區(qū)分的公司和部門的專用企業(yè)郵箱。

絕對不要發(fā)垃圾郵件。

8、Don't use all capital letters. It looks like you are shouting or yelling and is rude.

不要全用大寫的字母寫郵件，這讓人感覺你在大叫或者在吼，還很粗暴。

不要用goldentextile@qunin-com之類的免費郵箱。不安全。

11、Donu2019t make the sender guess where the e-mail is going. For example, withwebmaster@qunin-comthe message could be going anywhere in the company. Buyers like to know where the message is going. Always have specific addresses like 'sales@qunin-com'.

不要讓你的客人去猜他們的回復會發(fā)到哪兒去。例如，如果用webmaster@qunin-com，那么郵件就有可能被公司的任何部門接收，客人想知道誰收到并且負責處理他們的郵件，一定要用sales@qunin-com的郵箱。

12、 Donu2019t use different colors and different font sizes on your message. Itu2019s considered childish and unprofessional. Use one size and all black.

郵件中不要出現(xiàn)彩色字和藝術字，這是幼稚和不專業(yè)的表現(xiàn)，通篇用一個字號和黑色。

不要用黑色背景（黑底白字），這同樣是不專業(yè)的表現(xiàn)，而且閱讀起來很困難，堅持用白底黑字。
